The GRFC is the reference document for a comprehensive analysis of global, regional and country-level acute food insecurity. The result of a collaborative effort among 16 partners, the report aims to inform humanitarian and development action by providing independent and consensus-based evidence and analysis.

Tristan shares his first-hand experience on the impacts of climate change in the Pacific Islands and at home in Canberra, and the Platform as a unique space for key donors to advocate for collective action in the food security agenda.
2021 was an eventful year for the Platform, both at an operational level within the Secretariat and with external engagement. The Platform created a new Strategic Plan for the 2021–2025 period and a results-based work plan for the year.
