Global Donor Platform and ASLC Launch Partnership on Catalytic Capital Framework The GDPRD's Thematic Working Group on Sustainable/Blended Finance for Food Systems will partner with the Agri-SME Learning Collective (ASLC) to develop a new framework to develop harmonized standards and benchmarks to guide the effective use of catalytic capital.
